Service Overview
We create customised celebration webpages using content (images, text, music, etc.) provided by you. Each website is handcrafted to reflect your occasion and delivered as a live shareable link.
Order & Payment
- 100% advance payment is required before work begins
- Work starts only after payment confirmation
- Making a payment constitutes acceptance of all terms
- Prices are fixed unless stated otherwise
Delivery Timeline
- Delivery: 24–72 hours after receiving complete content from you
- Delays in content submission will result in delays in delivery
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the customer
Revisions Policy
- Maximum 2 revisions are included with every order
- Minor changes include: text, images, and colour adjustments
- Major structural changes are chargeable separately
Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, and ownership of all content you provide. We will not verify ownership of submitted images, text, or music.
Refund & Cancellation
- No refund once work has started
- No cancellation after work begins
- A refund will only be issued if we fail to deliver without valid reason
Hosting & Access
- Your website is delivered via a live link
- Minimum hosting duration: 45 days (Basic) or 60 days (Standard)
- Extended hosting beyond the included period may incur an additional charge
Usage & Ownership
- The website is for personal use only
- Resale or redistribution is not permitted
- We may showcase your project in our portfolio only with your explicit permission
Communication Policy
No response within 48 hours of our follow-up may result in a delay or cancellation of the order. Please ensure timely communication throughout the process.
Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for misuse of the delivered website, any legal issues arising from submitted content, or failures caused by third-party platforms or services.
Unforeseen Circumstances
Delivery delays may occur due to technical issues, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We will communicate any such delays promptly.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.

Placing an order — by making payment — means you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms listed on this page.
