Celebrate — What You're Buying

The Celebrate service creates a personalised celebration webpage delivered as a unique shareable link (e.g. yourname.celebrateonweb.com). This is a time-limited digital creation, not a permanent website you own or download.

• Basic plan — ₹299: Page is active for 30 days from delivery
• Standard plan — ₹499: Page is active for 60 days, includes background music upload
• After the active period ends, the page and all associated files are permanently deleted
• No source code, no file downloads, no extensions — what you see is what you get for the duration

Celebrate — Payment

• Full payment is collected at the time of order via Razorpay
• Your page goes live automatically after successful payment verification
• Completing payment means you have read and accepted these terms
• Prices are fixed and displayed clearly before checkout — no hidden charges

Celebrate — Refunds

Because the page is generated and goes live immediately upon payment, we do not offer refunds once the page has been activated. The only exception is if we fail to deliver a working page due to a fault on our end — in which case a full refund will be issued within 5 business days.

• No refund for choosing the wrong plan
• No refund for expired pages (the expiry date is shown clearly at checkout)
• No refund for uploaded content you're unhappy with — you control what you upload

Celebrate — Your Content

You are entirely responsible for the content you upload — photos, names, messages, and music. By uploading content, you confirm that:

• You own or have permission to use all images and music you upload
• The content does not violate any third-party rights or Indian law
• The content is not offensive, defamatory, or illegal

We do not review uploaded content before it goes live. We reserve the right to take down any page that violates these conditions without refund.

Celebrate — Your Link & Data

• Your chosen page link is reserved for the duration of your plan only
• The same page link can be reused by another customer after your page expires
• We store your order data (email, page link, field values, uploaded files) only for the duration of your active period
• All data is deleted when the page expires — we do not retain it

Build — Custom Web Development

The Build service is a custom web development offering — portfolios, e-commerce stores, business sites, and web apps. Every project is scoped and priced individually.

• Submitting the inquiry form does not start a project or constitute a contract
• Work begins only after scope, timeline, and payment terms are agreed over email
• Payment structure (advance, milestones, final) is agreed per project — there is no fixed pricing
• Full ownership of the final codebase transfers to you upon receipt of complete payment

Build — Revisions & Delivery

• Number of revisions included is agreed per project before work starts
• Delivery timelines are estimates — they depend on your responsiveness and content availability
• Delays caused by late content, feedback, or approvals from your side extend the timeline accordingly
• We are not liable for delays caused by third-party platforms (platform providers, domain registrars, payment gateways)

Effects — Free Animation Library

The Effects library is a free, growing collection of GSAP animation code snippets. No account, no payment, no strings attached.

• All code snippets are free to use in personal and commercial projects
• No attribution required, though it's always appreciated
• The library is provided as-is — we make no guarantees about browser compatibility or production readiness
• We may add, remove, or modify effects at any time without notice
• We are not responsible for how you use the code in your own projects

Limitation of Liability

CelebrateOnWeb is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of any of our services. This includes — but is not limited to — loss of data, missed occasions, or issues caused by third-party services (Razorpay, Cloudflare, Resend, etc.) that we rely on to deliver our services.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the business evolves. The date at the top of this page reflects the last update. Continued use of any CelebrateOnWeb service after an update means you accept the revised terms. We won't bury changes — significant updates will be noted clearly.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of CelebrateOnWeb services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.

Acceptance

Using any CelebrateOnWeb service — by making a payment, submitting an inquiry, or copying code from the Effects library — means you have read and agreed to these terms in full.
