CelebrateOnWeb offers three services: Celebrate (personalised celebration pages), Build (custom web development), and Effects (a free GSAP animation library). Each service handles data differently. This policy covers all three. We don't sell your data. We don't run ads on your data. We collect only what we need to deliver the service you asked for.
Celebrate — Data We Collect
When you place a Celebrate order, we collect the following to create and deliver your page:
- Your email address — to send your order confirmation and live link
- Your chosen page link — to set up your unique URL
- Field values you fill in — names, occasion details, messages, dates
- Photos you upload — stored securely and displayed on your page
- An MP3 file (Standard plan only) — stored and played as background music on your page
Payment details (card number, UPI, etc.) are handled entirely by Razorpay. We never see or store your payment credentials.
Celebrate — How We Use It
- To create and deliver your personalised celebration page
- To send you a confirmation email with your live link and order details
- To notify you when your page is close to expiry (if applicable)
We do not use your content for marketing, profiling, or any purpose other than delivering your page.
Celebrate — How Long We Keep It
Your data is kept for the duration of your plan only:
- Basic plan: 30 days from activation
- Standard plan: 60 days from activation
When your page expires, all associated data — field values, uploaded photos, MP3 files, and order records — is permanently deleted. We do not archive or retain it.
Build — Data We Collect
When you submit a Build inquiry, we collect:
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- Your project description and any details you include in the message field
This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and discuss your project. We do not store inquiry data in a database — it is delivered to us via email and retained in our inbox for communication purposes only.
Build — How We Use It
- To reply to your inquiry and discuss your project requirements
- To send you an acknowledgement email confirming we received your message
If a project proceeds, any further data shared (assets, content, access credentials) is handled under a separate agreement and deleted upon project completion unless you ask us to retain it.
Effects — Data We Collect
None. The Effects library is a fully static page. No account is required, no form is submitted, and no personal data of any kind is collected when you browse or copy code from the Effects library.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate CelebrateOnWeb. Each has its own privacy policy:
- Razorpay — processes payments for Celebrate orders. They collect and store your payment details under their own privacy policy.
- Resend — sends transactional emails (order confirmations, inquiry acknowledgements). Your email address is passed to Resend to deliver these messages.
- Cloudflare — hosts our worker, database (D1), and file storage (R2). All uploaded files and order data reside on Cloudflare's infrastructure.
- Google Fonts — loads fonts used across the site. Google may log your IP address when fonts are fetched.
We do not share your data with any other third parties. We do not use Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, or any behavioural tracking tools.
Cookies
We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising. The site may use minimal technical cookies (e.g. set by Cloudflare for security purposes) that do not identify you personally.
If we add advertising in the future (such as Google AdSense on the Effects page), we will update this policy and notify visitors clearly before any ad-related cookies are used.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of any personal data we hold about you
- Request deletion of your data before your plan expires
- Ask us to correct any inaccurate information we hold

Data Security
Your uploaded files and order data are stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure, which is encrypted at rest and in transit. Access to our database and storage is restricted to our Cloudflare Worker — no public access is permitted. We do not store payment credentials under any circumstances.
No system is perfectly secure. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee absolute security and accept no liability for breaches caused by factors outside our control.
Children's Privacy
CelebrateOnWeb is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through our services, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy as our services evolve. The date at the top of this page reflects the last revision. If we make a significant change — such as introducing advertising or a new data-sharing arrangement — we will note it prominently. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
Governing Law
This privacy policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes relating to data handling shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
